📦 Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within the United States only.
Tracking information will be sent to your email as soon as it becomes available.
⏱ Processing Time vs. Shipping Time
- Processing Time: 3–5 business days (order verification, quality inspection, packing, and dispatch).
- Shipping Time: 3–8 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
➡️ Please note: Processing and shipping times are separate. The total delivery time includes both.
During peak periods (holidays, promotions), processing and shipping may take longer.
⚠️ Delays
While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:
Carrier issues
Severe weather
Holiday or promotional peak seasons
If tracking shows no updates for more than 15 business days, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement shipment.
❌ Cancelling an Order
- Orders can only be cancelled before processing begins.
- Once processing or shipping has started, we cannot cancel the order.
- To request a cancellation, please email us at serenityskin.team@gmail.com immediately with your order number.
- Transparency: When an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, Serenity Skin is still charged non-refundable transaction fees (2.9% + $0.30 per order) by Shopify Payments. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
