📦 Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the United States only.
Tracking information will be sent to your email as soon as it becomes available.

⏱ Processing Time vs Shipping Time

  • Processing time: 3–5 business days (order verification, quality inspection, packing, and dispatch).
  • Shipping time: 3–8 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

➡️ Please note: Processing and shipping times are separate. The total delivery time includes both.

⚠️ Delays

While we strive to ensure prompt delivery, rare delays may occur during holidays, promotional periods, or unforeseen events (e.g., carrier delays, severe weather).
If tracking shows no updates for more than 15 business days, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement shipment at no extra cost.

❌ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before processing begins.
  • Once your order has entered processing or has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at serenityskin.team@gmail.com with your order number. Our team will confirm if cancellation is still possible.
  • Important: If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a non-refundable transaction fee (2.9% + $0.30 per order) charged by Shopify Payments will be deducted from your refund.
